Terms of Service

1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. Our magical enrichment academy is headquartered in the great state of Texas, so these Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Lone Star State. While our flamingos are everywhere, we promise to bring the heat in Texas courtrooms if there is a dispute. By signing up for a squad of tutors, you agree to let the Texas courts handle any disagreements so we can get back to matching students and learning.

2. Dispute Resolution. If a disagreement pops up between you and Terry Johnsons Flamingos, we promise to try our best to be cool about it. We’ll start with good old-fashioned communication to work out any issues. If we can’t solve it amicably, we’ll resolve it through binding arbitration, where you and our team will meet with a neutral person to find a solution. We won’t be taking this to court; we prefer to keep things calm and focused on the learning.

3. Modifications. We’re always growing and changing our program, so we might tweak these terms from time to time to keep the fun going. If we make a significant change that affects your rights, we’ll send a notification to you via email or our portal. It’s always a good idea to check back occasionally so you know exactly what you’re agreeing to. If you don’t like the new rules, you can let us know, but generally, using the service after the changes means you’re okay with the update.
